The interior of the home is composed of rooms of the same size. The layout is strict but accidental. In the last century, they were allowed to modify without major architectural intervention. The 110 rooms designed retain the characteristics popular in the 20th century.
The language of home decoration is also the source of inspiration for the entrance hall on the ground floor of this building. Designed for mixed use, the ground floor space of that era was traditionally equipped with unique furniture and large habitable objects. In Maio's design, these were reinterpreted as oversized geometry, each with its own unique decoration.
